Returns & Safety Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase.

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
For hygienic reasons, we can’t accept returns once the seal on the box has been broken.

If your product is still sealed and you’d like to start a return, just email us at info@facesculpter.com and we’ll guide you through the steps.

Important Health & Safety Notice

FaceSculpter is designed for general wellness and cosmetic use only.

Do not use FaceSculpter if you have TMJ or chronic jaw pain.
Do not use if you’ve had recent jaw, facial, or dental surgery.
Avoid using if you have facial fillers, implants, or ongoing medical treatment involving the face or jaw.

Skip using immediately after cosmetic procedures such as Botox, filler, or microneedling.
Wait at least two weeks or check with your provider before starting again.

Stop right away if you feel any pain, discomfort, or unusual sensation.
If you have any medical concerns, talk with your healthcare provider before trying FaceSculpter.

Results will vary depending on your facial structure and how often you use it.
